Product Return Policies: For health and safety purposes, ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling). Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Before you return any item, please contact our Customer Service Department via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number at: returns@BatteriesAreAGirlsBestFriend.com. In your return package please include:   1.) The original packing slip with the RMA number written at the top.   2.) A note telling us what the product defect is.   3.) Also specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. It is our goal to carry only the highest quality products and to provide outstanding customer service. We thank you for your cooperation. Returning Videos Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to thirty days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our expense. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product on any video that has been opened. Payment Policy All payments for orders made on BatteriesAreAGirlsBestFriend.com are due at the time of order placement. Online orders can be paid for using PayPal. Feminine Mystique chooses PayPal for your SECURITY! No credit/debit card information is stored with BatteriesAreAGirlsBestFriend.com EVER! For more information see our PayPal page. If you would like to pay with a money order or cashier’s check, you will have to print out and complete our online order form. Payment should be made to Feminine Mystique and mailed to PO Box 8603, Fort Worth, TX 76124. Dispute Policy Any attempt to dispute or deny a valid charge will be handled in accordance with the PayPal Dispute Policy which can be found in PayPal’s User Agreement. Inventory information We do not always stock all merchandise in our warehouses. Thus we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock” actually is every time, as our inventory can fluctuate from day to day. At times, a product may be in stock at the time of order placement but sold out by the time of order processing. If any item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and given options on how you wish to proceed. Please note that unless you choose to cancel the item(s): Any items not in stock when your order is processed will be immediately shipped when received from the manufacturer with no additional shipping charge. Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items) Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will notify you by email and ship it to you immediately. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog. Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation. If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your BatteriesAreAGirlsBestFriend.com account and will be automatically applied to your next order. Customs and Import Duties Information You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Feminine Mystique has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.
